SOPHIE LLOYD Ltd provides two eCommerce stores.


Wix Stores and Music Glue. Sophie Lloyd (with the assistance of her in house team) fulfils orders by Wix Stores. Orders are processed & dispatched weekly (Excluding Weekends & UK Bank Holidays). Personalised orders may take longer if Sophie Lloyd is on tour. Please check tour dates for more info.


Music Glue fulfils orders by Music Glue for SOPHIE LLOYD Ltd. Please check with Music Glue for delivery times.

You will receive an email to confirm your order and then a second email to confirm once your order has dispatched. If you did not receive this email please check your junk and promo folders. Please contact for any order queries.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the sole responsibility of the customer. SOPHIE LLOYD Ltd is not responsible, and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with your local customs office to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving it. You will need to provide proof of date the order was received. Shipping costs are not refunded. SOPHIE LLOYD Ltd is not responsible for returns and shipping costs. If items are damaged during return shipping where they were not damaged prior, no refund can be issued.

If you have provided incorrect shipping information, you may be subject to additional shipping costs, payable to SOPHIE LLOYD Ltd via PayPal.


If you did not receive your order within 6 weeks of the order being dispatched, you can receive a full refund.
